Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction (ED) generally refers to the difficulty for some men in initiating or maintaining an erection firm enough for satisfying sex. This condition is very common and treatable. While nearly every man experiences an occasional off night, ED refers to a pattern that persists over time. Many men feel embarrassed or worry that it says something about their masculinity—yet ED is a medical issue, not a character flaw, and it responds well to care.

Beyond the bedroom, ED can affect confidence, relationships, and overall quality of life. Sometimes it’s also a signal of health conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, low testosterone, stress and/or anxiety. At Everstrong Men’s Health, we approach ED as a whole-person concern—addressing physical, hormonal, and psychological contributors—so you can feel like yourself again.

For many men, medication is a simple, effective first step. Two well-known options are sildenafil and tadalafil, prescription medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by improving blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation. Sildenafil typically starts working in about 30–60 minutes and lasts approximately 4 hours.Tadalafil can begin working in a similar window and may last up to 36 hours.

Possible side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, and backache (more common with tadalafil). These medications are not safe with nitrates (often used for chest pain) or certain heart medicines, and they often require dose adjustments based on individual response. Our clinicians will review your health history, identify the underlying cause of ED, and tailor treatment so you get safe, effective results.

PT-141 (bremelanotide) is another option we use when appropriate, especially for men who don’t respond well to PDE5 inhibitors or whose ED has a strong arousal component. PT-141 is a melanocortin receptor agonist; instead of acting primarily on blood vessels, it works through brain pathways that influence sexual desire and arousal. It’s typically taken as an on-demand dose (by prescription), and some men notice improved responsiveness and satisfaction. Common side effects can include nausea, flushing, headache, temporary increases in blood pressure, and—less commonly—skin darkening with repeated use.

Because PT-141 isn’t right for everyone, we evaluate cardiovascular risk, current medications, and your treatment goals to decide whether it makes sense as part of your personalized plan.

Premature ejaculation (PE) is one of the most common sexual health concerns among men, characterized by reaching orgasm and ejaculating sooner than desired during sexual activity. This condition can lead to frustration, anxiety, and tension in relationships—but it’s important to know that PE is both common and highly treatable. The causes can vary from psychological factors such as stress, performance anxiety, or relationship issues, to biological factors like hormonal imbalances, heightened penile sensitivity, or certain medical conditions.

At Everstrong Men’s Health, our specialists take a personalized and discreet approach to diagnosing and treating premature ejaculation. We begin with a thorough evaluation to identify the underlying causes, combining medical testing with a compassionate understanding of your unique situation. Our clinic offers a range of evidence-based treatments—including customized medications, behavioral therapy, lifestyle guidance, and advanced medical interventions—to help you regain confidence and control. At Everstrong, we’re dedicated to helping you achieve lasting results and a stronger, more fulfilling sex life.

Low libido, or reduced sexual desire, is a common concern that affects men of all ages and can significantly impact confidence, relationships, and overall well-being. While occasional dips in sexual interest are normal, a persistent lack of desire may signal an underlying physical or emotional issue. Common causes of low libido include hormonal imbalances such as low testosterone, stress, depression, poor sleep, certain medications, and chronic health conditions like diabetes or obesity. Lifestyle factors—such as excessive alcohol use, smoking, and lack of exercise—can also play a major role in diminishing sexual drive.

At Everstrong Men’s Health, we understand that every man’s experience is unique. Our team takes a personalized approach to uncover the root causes of low libido through comprehensive evaluation and advanced diagnostic testing. Once the underlying issues are identified, we work collaboratively to create a tailored treatment plan that may include hormone optimization, nutritional guidance, stress management strategies, or other targeted therapies. At Everstrong, our goal is to restore not only your sexual health but also your overall energy, confidence, and vitality—helping you feel strong and connected again.
